The short version

Gananoque was a cute little town, and we spent a few hours exploring it on foot with Tilly.

Confederation Park at 10 King Street E sat across from the hotel, which made a nice first walk around the fountain. A little farther down, Joel Stone Heritage Park at 125 Water Street carried us along the Saint Lawrence River waterfront.
