The short version
We returned to the Halifax waterfront with Tilly and our family in July 2026. The boardwalk gave us an easy route along the harbour while we took in the city sights and activity on the water.
Tilly stayed on leash as we walked, stopped for photos and looked across to Georges Island. Expect a busy public waterfront in summer and keep your dog close in the more crowded sections.
