The short version
Motel 6 Red Deer was our practical overnight stop after the long drive from Kelowna, while Calgary Stampede demand made Calgary accommodation expensive.
During our stay, up to two pets per room were allowed without an extra fee. The location sits in a retail plaza, so there was not much green space for walks, but there was some grass behind the units.
